seperating I-frames from any video

I am doing project on the BIOMETRIC VIDEO ENCRYPTION. Now my task is to seperate only I-FRAMES from any video using matlab. so for this i need MATLAB CODE to seperate I_FRAMES. kindly help me r provide the matlab code for seperating I-FRAMES.

hi

u must use pic=aviread('file name',frame_index);

and then look up in matlab "addframe", and use that tamplet code to create new movie for your selected frame.
