sensor outputs a very low resistance

i am ask to make a resitance to voltage converter

and it will be able to detect very low resistance (< 1 ohm)

any suggestion how to implement that btw here is the pic

To answer your need, is better suitable employ another topology, called INSTRUMENTATION AMPLIFIER:
