I need to design two second order low pass filters with 15kHz (one filter) and 20kHz(other filter). I want to know which is better Butterworth or Chebychev? Can anyone provide circuit diagrams for the filter?

Thanks in advance.

There is no filter that is "better" or worse. You have to design your filter according to requirements. For example: Chebyshev response exhibits a certain degree of magnitude increase (if compared with the gain at f=0) at the end of the passband.
In contrast, Butterworth is "maximally flat" and has better (smoother) group delay.
Circuit diagrams are to be found in filter design programs and 89 internet sources.
Something has to be done by yourself.
