Hallo,

i'am doing a project with an 8051 derivat and 128 SD memory Card.
Does someone have a Free ressource about SD Cards ?.

No, you have to pay to receive the specification

Try Compact Flash, or multimedia card, this specs are free to download from the internet. You just have to register.
