ADSL Central Office

Hello
I’m looking for a possibile schematic for a Central Office (CO) interface with ADSL and ADSL2 modem.
I have found some micro-DSLAM by ZyXEL and Charles but I am interested to build one with a Ethernet interfaces.
Pls give me some idea?
