.sch file - which software?

schematic capture binary file version 1.2

I recd this file from a chinese party.
I am not able to open it as i don't which software is used to make it.
i wish fellow members to check if there installed pcb software like protel, pads etc. open it.
Then i will ask someone having the same software to make pdf file so that i can view.

seems to be a Protel file, but I don't know for which version. From the sch file header:
