RLC-bridge calculation

Hello,

Can somebody help me to calculate the formule which gives me
gain and phasedifference between V2 and V1 (see attached picture).

It's an all-pass filter whih it's gain is always 1/2 and the phase changes from zero to 2pi asymptotically.

H(s)=((s/wo)^2-s/(Qwo)+1)/((s/wo)^2+s/(Qwo)+1) which wo=1/sqrt(LC) and Q=sqrt(L/C)/R.

The real part of zeros is positive.
