RF600D

When i referring to the datasheet of RF 600D, I have following questions in my mind. Plz help me to solve these.

1. What is "Option Link" and where can I buy? (Pg 9),

2. What is Usefulness of output 1-4,?
What are the data in these outputs?
how can i use these outputs to interface with PIC?
