Hi,

I am looking for reverse blocking IGBT to replace a diode and switch (On/OFF isolator) in my application. Voltage is 800VDC and current 15A DC. I am seeing no semiconductor manufacturer really making any reverse blocking IGBT. Any other alternatives? any idea what happened? any disadvantages of RB IGBT? Any place still making those?

Thanks
