Required help for Gyro STD 22

i have newly installed gyro STD 22 gyro & old radar Bridge master E series.
This gyro gives output in NMEA/Course format while radar accepts step Input(S1,S2,S3).
I do not have converter Module.
Is there any way to connect these two without converter module.
Is there anyone who can help me out.
