Require help in designing a wide input range SMPS

Hi!
I am trying to design a wide input range SMPS of following specs:
Input Range: 18V ac/dc to 265v ac/dc
Output: 12v dc
Power: appx. 3 w
Can anyone suggest me any IC that i can use for this application?
Or does anyone have any reference design for the same?
Would appreciate help.

Thanks for the reply. However, it doesnt give me the solution for my specific requirement, of input voltage range. The desired input voltage range is 18 V to 265V AC/DC.

Try the software on www.powerint.com or powersim.com . There are other sites - search for Smps design or Smps software.
