req. 8051 micro with ICD facility

can any one tell about any 8051 micro with build in ICD(in circuit debugger) module like pic and cheap

check out www.silabs.com

they are not as cheap as Microchip but the development kits are amazingly cheap

But I read somewhere that the cheapest chip is sub $1 in 10K
