Relative sensitivity of various electronics components to ESD damage?

Hi,
Which ones of the following electronic components are more sensitive to ESD damage than the others.? Can you rate these in order of most ESD sensitivity?

Expect that manufacturers give specification, either in datasheet or general product documentation. Most of the mentioned devices have such a specification, I presume you noticed it. According to it, the MOSFET has highest ESD level (8 kV HBM), the DC/DC lowest (Jedec class 1C = 1-2 kV HBM).

But the spec doesn't necessarily tell which device is most sensitive, there may be also issues not covered by the ESD spec, e.g. ESD triggered latchup in powered state.
