I would like to know the relation between the bit error probablity Pe(m) (ex. the probablity of recieving 0 in case of sending 1 or vice versa) and charectristics of the channel like fading factor,... and type of modulation or carrier power..., SNR,.. hard bit decission, sof bit decission.....

any help considering this issue would be appreciated.
