Regarding Running two Modsim in one PC using two LAN Cards

Dear Sir,
I had tried to connect two Modsim(Modbus Tcp/IP Slaves) Application in one PC with two LAN Cards connected with two Modbus TCP/IP Master Device. Only one Modsim application is connected with one Master device, But another Modsim application is not connected with another Master Device. What could be the cause for not connecting with another Modsim application?

Will we able to runtwo Modsim in same PC with two different Lan card with two different IP Addresses?

Please let me know.
