Red light problem with amd athlone 64bit desktop board when it is switched on.

I have amd athlone 64bit hp desktop board,having red light blinking probolem.I changed the processor,ram and even psu but no response.I also changed the on board crystal but nothing solved.
What component is creating trouble( red light no display)?

what red light is blinking, i doesnt understand what you talk about ? red light is on post card or on cpu case ? and what is the problem with red light blinking.
