I think u can use introduction to optical electronics by yariv it will help a lot but it is a little difficult.
optics is a very wide area
do u like electromagnetics
photonics
optical fiber and so on

Just wonder what aspect of optics you are into?

If you are lookng for general knowledge, you can try Optics by Hecht

If you are looking into lens or optical design.... maybe you can try "Optical Engineering Fundamental" by Bruce H Walker... it touches on Oslo too.

If you are looking into signal processing and semi-classical stuff... maybe you can try goodman "Introduction to Fourier Optics" or book by Jack Gaskil or Vanderlught

Maybe you can tell us a bit more.... about the field you are into
