RC extraction for layout data in magic

Thanks for the response ,but all the tools mentioned in the link you have specified are costly , I need any free tool or any trial version .

hi,

I have not tried it but you use Lasi, in which import your layout netlist or GDS file and hope you can do RC extracton. when I had used it i used to import and export files in Lasi.

You can download Lasi from https://www.cmosedu.com/ and you will find all information there for using it.

Its easy to extract C but am finding it difficult to extract R from Magic.
We need to create a nodes file itseems, which we are exploring on.
Do let me know if you find a solution to this.
