How would you go on about programming Pi Hat EEPROMs externally?

My idea is to use CH341A USC to I2C programmer and Asprogrammer(Software) to program the EEPROM. However I want to program multiple EEPROMs on different Hats. I am not sure if I can write a script to increment the Hex files or UUID for different EEPROM chips. Just looking into this. Any suggestions on this will be greatly appreciated.

I was also wondering if there is a different way any of you would approach this.

Thank you.
