cdma desense measurement

We use QUALCOMM MSM6025 to design cdma Phone.
I have a big problem for RADIATE SENSITIVITY only
-97 dBm in all channel(desense).
How to improve this problem ?
I try remove rf tx/rx chip but radiate sensitivity is -97dBm.
