Question: Price of MOSIS TSMC 0.13um LV

Hi all,

I have a question about the price of MOSIS.

My research lab is going to chip-out a 1.5mm*1.5mm(estimation) design, and the supply must be 0.8V. So it seems that my only choice is TSMC 0.13um LV(low voltage) in MOSIS.

How much is this? A rough estimation will be enough for me.

Never used Mosis, but for a chip that size on an MPW I would expect less than $20k.
