Question about PHILIPS LED TV model 49PUH4900

Hi colleagues,
I have intention to create video wall with 4 pcs of Philips led tv model 49PUH4900,
that model have very slim edge but from bottom side have some plastic part with on/off light,
maybe inside also have IR receiver from remote control,
image is attached...
can somebody share with me info according personal experiences with repairing of that model of TV,
is it possible to remove that plastic part?
