Multiplied DAC

I going to use an DAC like the simple schematic below.
The Vin on Vref is Multiplied/Divided with the digital value inn the DAC.

I have understood that there are to types of DAC; voltage and current. In the datasheet for the current type they are refering to Multiplying DAC, while on the voltage type the Multiplying word is seldom used. Why that? Is voltage type not mention to used as Multiplying? Is there an limited Bandwidth on the voltage type? Why is the Bandwidth not so often mention on the voltage type?

The current type the Bandwidth are almost every time given. But If you se on figur 2 on the link:

https://www.analog.com/UploadedFiles/Data_Sheets/439176884AD5543_5553.pdf

How is this understood?

Code:
         ---------------
--------|Vref Vout|----------
  Vin | | Vout
        | DAC |
        | |
         ---------------
