Question about 32.768k crystal oscillator circuit.

I'm now designing a 32.768k crystal oscillator use in real time clock(RTC). After I did my ac simulation, I found the point the loop gain phase =0 is 32.755k. So I want to know if the result is ok and if not how can I make the result more accurate.
