This device was made of some parts from an old Fiat 126p. Instead of the demounted ventilator, a new electric one was added to the engine. Also a thermostat was mounted. The ventilator switches on after heating the engine and off after cooling it.
Back drive is transmitted by DID chain, a differential mechanism is blocked in the box by welding the shaft with adding the rack. Front rack is 17z, rear rack – 35z. However, in the swing arm there is a second differential mechanism which distributes the drive to the wheels. This is the original mechanism from Fiat 126p. The rest can be seen in the pictures.
Gear ratio is very good, the quad is even too fast in terrain, it can be started from 2.
Front wheels:13” 165. Rear wheels: 13” 185. On the back there is also place for a hook and the trailer socket, now dismantled. The quad is still not completed.
