Hello

I want to mountage SMD ICs and microcontrollers with QFN,LFCSP,... packages that is not possible to solder with soldering iron. The pins are under IC body and not seen,Is there a system to solder this ICs in prototype cards? Please send the link of manufacture.I want to solder them according to temp curve of the IC in its datasheet.
Any system? Any method?

lfcsp soldering

For protoype work use hot air solder system.
Made by OKI/Metcal.
Also systems made by Weller.
They are not that cheap but required for sm packages and prototype development.

Some of the QFN has a 0.2 lead on the side, but hard to get.

If you have an engineering college or university nearby, feed a student some bucks to mount your chips..
