Input : 24V
Output : 100V 500mA

I want DC-DC converter.

Plz help me.

50 Watt sounds more like using a single switch transistor boost converter, if no isolation is required.

In a flyback converter or in any type of power converter the output voltage changes due to duty cycle or the switching frequency?

Most converters are operating in constant frequency mode, thus variation of on-time respectively duty cycle is the means to control the output voltage. Some have a constant on-time and are varying the frequency, which also varies the duty cycle.
