PWM Pulse pk-pk is oscillating

Hello All,

I am using PIC18F1330 microcontroller. When I am using LED blinking indication my PWM pulse pk-pk is oscillating.
Here LED indication is on PORTA & PWM is on PORTB.

Please help me to solve the issue.
