hi. anyone knows of manufacturers doing printable electronics using either ink jetting or screen printing able to help in small scale prototyping?

Did you mean printing conductive graphics?

Hi,

In our company we use small milling machine for making prototype boards. We have also system to metalize the vias. We achieve around 5 mils tracks and 0.3mm vias so IMHO milling should be considered like the best method for fast prototyping. Within several hours you can hold in your hands the board.
