i am using xr2211 for demodulation of frequencies into binary logic 1 and 0
i have configured it for 1200 baud, as shown in the datasheet. i have tested it using oscilloscope but it is not working properly. can anyone help???????

problem with xr2211

Whats your input to the XR2211? Is it an FSK signal with 1200bps?

Re: problem with xr2211

i had the same problem.. in the data sheet there will be relationship between loop tracking frequency and some resistor value..
set the loop tracking frequency within the limit of 1 and 0 frequency . i think it should work..
it worked for me..

Re: problem with xr2211

I am having the same problem. My mark and space frequencies are 1800 and 2600 Hz. But the problem is, there are many transitions between two bits. when we have lower baud rates these transitions can be ignored but at higher baud rates these transition time increases from the bit duration therefore my system is not able to catch the output. Can you help how can I remove these unnecessary transitions between the bits and get only one smooth transition?
