Problem with vision on Seleco bs665 chassis

Seleco bs665

I have a problem with my seleco bs665 chasis. It has no picture but sound is present. Hv is also present. Checked and resoldered all solder on neck board but to no avail, transisitors on this board seems to be also good. Can some help me and give me a tip? Thanks
