Problem with using HSPICE GUI

I have installed Hspice and it's license, but I cannot use the GUI. What can I do?

I have use HSPICE last year and I have seen my classmate use Hspice this year. In my memory the HSPICE itself runs like a consle program.

Maybe you want to ask about the software to show the waveform, like aWave, nWave or GtkWave?

the wave form works O'right. it is the .exe file that doesn't work.

HSPICE problem

I had the following problem with HSpice GUI (hspui): it crashed immediately after start-up.

I worked it around in the following way at last: I used to run it with administrative priviledges, though it is not a good idea generally (but it worked).
