Problem with quartus II 9.0 in windows 7

Dear Friends
I have installed quartus II 9.0 sp2 in windows vista and it was worked well, but when i upgraded my os to windows 7 in doesnt work and it raise the error:

Warning: FLEXlm software error: Invalid (inconsistent) license key The license-key and data for the feature do not match. would you please help me to fix it in windows 7?
