Hi,

I am currently working on watermarking gray images and displaying them on a VGA using spartan 3E board.

I know how to display the normal 3bit image(8 colored image) using the 3 RGB pins available on the spartan 3E board.

But, if want to transmit gray scale images(which are 8 bit wide per pixel), how do i do that??

Do i need use the D/A (available on board), and then send these signals or do i need to do something else ???

Need some help urgently as the deadline for project submission is approaching.

Thanks in advance,

Regards,
Satish
