I have built the Tone control circuit shown in Picture.
I use SINGLE supply.
The problem is that when I use common power supply for Tone control circuit and for the Amplifier (Sch1) it does not work.
When I use separate power supply for Tone control circuit and for the Amplifier it works!!
What is happening? How can I make it work normaly from one common supply?
(I've tried with different power supplies, so the problem is not the supply)

Hi

Please explain how the functioning fails with single supply. Do trace whther the output is unexpected at the o/p of tone control or amp.

The only plausible reason for this could be that you are having interference in tone control from amplifier.
You can do following:
1) Try makng a star-connection of suppy, i.e, take supply lines from tone cont and amp and short directly at the battery.
2) You may also add a low pass (very low cutoff - i don't know if its feasible or not) to the supply of tone control. Do include a resistance.
3) You may also probe the supply at the amp and the tone control and see if you are getting substantial ripple due to circuit there.
