Hi all

When I trying to save a plot output from simulation in cadence tools as an image i have this problem.

I save the plot using :

File>>save as image>>OK

I choose Location, extension and the name of the file.
like /home/snapshot.png

The output is very strange

The output is an empty file with file Size=0KB

I use white background and I tried all the extension available with the same strange result.

Any one can help with solution of this problem or by any other way to save a black and white image for the plot

Thanx

A quick, and accurate alternative is to:

1. Use "Print Screen" (by any method that suits you).

2. Open captured image (with any colors) using gimp (use the command: gimp snapshot.png)

3. Right click on the picture, choose: Filters > Colors > Map > Color Exchange

4. Select the original color (By selecting it from the box in this window), and chose the destination color (black or any other dark color) then press OK

This will give you perfect results..

Hope that helps :)
Ahmad
