Problem on using sonn*t 8.5

when simulating a design with detail meshes such as 0.01*0.01mm,
or a larger design such as 12-poles filter, generally, when simulating
using memory greater than 160M, it gives a result with long simulating time but wrong!!! commonly, when using paramater sweep or optimization, it appear also.

what's wrong? sb. can help me?

You need newer version of sonnet, or a higher class license.

Have you tried sending your file to Sonnet Support? They are quite responsive.
