dear it has SPI, so you can connect it to any controller using SPI.
Rest of details are in the datasheet of RFM12B.
Its a easy task

We make a products called the RF803-ALPHA which can drive the RFM12B, on the datasheet we have a circuit diagram for wiring it up.

We have called the RFM12B an "ALPHA" module for some reson, but it's the same part.
