When we use power MOSFET we see the data sheet
But some time i am facing low quality power MOSFET that are not meet to the data sheet
Is there any easy way to test the voltage and
current of power Mosfer

There is a special instrument

Hi,

buy mosfets (all things) from reliable suppliers.

Then you can rely on the datasheets.
Every big manufacturer of mosfets will keep on the specifications given in the datasheets.

If you buy parts from unreliable sources, then you never have a guarantee, even if you test them..

Make sure you actually understand what the datasheet is saying. For example a datasheet may say the FET can handle 100A continuous, but in the fine print it says this is with the case temperature fixed at 25C. So you'll never actually meet that spec without a good cooling setup.

What's your specific problem?

Hi,

Just in case... To add the little I know to the previous post, also always good to look closely at the SOA graph after reading the electrical characteristics, it is usually pretty heart-breaking and defines limitations better than the description. e.g. A 60V and 3A continuous BJT or MOSFET is not 3A at 60V, more like 1V at 3A.
