Power management alogrithms 2G/3G wireless networks

I am doing project on Enhanced QoS using power management algorithms for 2G/3G wireless networks.. any one help me to how proceed this project with various algorithms. any simulation paper is there to execute this prjoect since i am very new to opnet tool.

You have OPNET version 14.5 or the newer version.
Now I am using OPNET 14.0 (on Win7), but it's lib is not enough,
Could you share that version? and we might be friends to work OPNET project.
