I need to know the micro controller in PIC or 89cxx of very low power dissipation

About <1uA in ideal condition & maximum 4 mA in running condition

Please advice me the device

Hi,
Take PIC as new(est) version XLP (=extrem lowpwr)...
Otherwise Renesas(yet NEC) micros?
