Can I download 0.18um and 0.13um librart for Leonardo synthesise?

usually, downloading library is not possible, but there r some institutes which let you download them. I'm not sure if the following site will work or not, but, u can try ur luck there.

I need to synthesis my file but I don't have 0.18um and 0.13um TSMC or SMIC or CMOS.

also you should confirm which type of LIB you need?
