port names in pex.netlist is Upper Case !

Hi All,
I have generated pex report using calibre . The port names in pex.netlist report are all capital , irrelavent to the port names in layout and schematic . How can I get port names in pex.netlist report as same (case sensitive) in schematic or layout.
Thanks in Advance.
