Hi all,

The book by best is good. But the coverage is too vast and all mathematical formulas without any explaination...so another good book for study of PLLs is
PLL circuit design by Dan.H.Wolaver... if u can get your hands on that book, it wud be great. That book has very clear treatment of PLL along with its sub-blocks.
I have also seen a post on the forum where somebody has provided a link to a new book CMOS pll synthersisers- Springer Publishers... you can look out for that book as well... loads of info is there on forum so keep searching...
