pifa design for 1.8GHz

Dear all,

i need a pifa design for 1.8Ghz. by using the formula f=c/4(w+l) , i tried the dimensions of 30mmx10mm. i've varied the dimensions and tried it all using IE3D. But i still can't get it at 1.8GHz...

anyone can help me? thanks.....
