Hi
I'm going to submit a journal in antenna's design field. I don't know what are the differences between PIER and IEEE exactly . Please say me which one is better( which has more quality rather than another one) and submitting a journal in which one is more difficult ?

Thank you

Please some one answer me.

Isn't there any one who knows about this question ?!

hi majidmad,

if ur paper concern more on circuit design issue(s)...ieee is the one u should submit to. if ur paper talk more on EM, new method in ur research (that related to EM) than piers is where u should submit ur paper in other words...piers is EM-centric kind of journals/papers.

the piers impact factor is higher that the ieee.
