picoblaze instantiation

i'm a bit confused about picoblaze instantiation. as far as i understood it is a free soft core, but i'm not sure what package to use in my file in order to be able to instantiate picoblaze. do i just download ISE WebPack and i have picoblaze available to me or there is some specific software i need to use in order to use picoblaze?

any help is appreciated

Pretty much. You download ISE, and the kcpsm modules get installed along with it. Just look for files named '*kcpsm*' in your ISE installation.
