Hi,
I'm just very new in the field of Microcontroller and I will be grateful if someone can tell me on which pins I should connect my Run/stop, FWD/REV, Motor current, and temp... on PIC18F4431 microcontroller. I'm performing the task in close loop with hall effect sensors.
I will be happy for any kind of solution ideas.

Why don' you check the AN900a application note from microchip.
Its depends what you configure the port pins. PORTA all pin can be used for analog inputs, but using this chip HSADC is not easy.
