I am new to PIC 16f877 and what to get some sample codes for A/D convertor and for the serial communication through PIC. IS there any website from where i can get thses codes

pic sample programs

The datasheet generally provides assembly code.
Refer to microchipc.com for c code
If you are using hitech c compiler, there is some sample code in your installation directory

Re: PIC Sample Codes

Hi fastin...
I'm new in PIC too. But i've studied and read lots of PIC microcontroller e-books and PIC manual for the past 2 months. the result, i've success-fully simulate my 1st 10-bit ADC converter using proteues simulator.
Please download the attachment. I've written the code in assembely language. Run the program using Proteues.
Good luck.
