Which IIT is best for doing Phd in Analog IC Design.

Thanks,

Hi,

In my view I feel, IIT Bombay and IIT Delhi are
good in terms of pursuing your ph.d. in India.
Both of these institute has good facilities and
good profs in this area.

In my opinion, the adviser is more important than school. Best find a well known analog professor to be your adviser.

the best is IISc Banglore AND IIT kanpur.

In my view i strongly recommend IIT Madras is very good for analog and mixed signal design, you can verify by going through the website of IITM.
